​Have you ever known there's a concern/frustration/issue that you need to talk through with a teammate...but you just haven't known how to do it? Or what to say? Or when or where?

 

We're offering Tough Talks with Teammates to provide the space to identify the concern + practice the response that will help you, the teammate, and the rest of the team move forward with action. 

 

Choose 1 hour long session (or multiple). Bring your questions and situations to the group, and we'll problem solve together.

• Name common frustrations and unmet expectations that occur in PLC teams

• Identify proactive approaches that will help your team avoid the frustration in the future

• Practice what you can say or do when it's time to have a tough talk with a teammate

• Gain sentence stems and conversation frames to guide your talk
